Mrs. Hodor manages the activity of the company, the relation with the investment partners for expansion, all the aspects of the financial activity, including the budgetary strategy, financial planning, analysis & reporting, financial operations, treasury and tax, logistic and information technology. Mrs. Hodor is part of the board team since 2002.

Mr. Badescu has the mission to set the company’s sales strategy, plan and direct all the aspects of the sales activity. Mr. Badescu works with Praktiker Romania team since 2002 and took over the current position in January 2008.

Mrs. Gheorghe is in charge with all the strategic aspects of the purchasing activity. Her work translates to strong partnerships developed with long-term suppliers. Mrs. Gheorghe holds this position since July 2009 and joined the Praktiker team in 2002.

Mrs. Urziceanu has the mission to define the human resources strategy and manage this activity, including the process of recruitment, training, promotion and retention of our people. Mrs. Urziceanu holds this position since 2004.

Mr. Todor is in charge with setting the integrated marketing strategy, planning and enabling effective delivery of the marketing campaigns, to maximize the impact of our customer-focused business approach. Mr. Todor joined the company in 2002.
