Returns Policy of Praktiker Romania 
  
Dear Customer,
 
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that the service and the products provided by our stores entirely fulfil your needs and expectations. It is of great importance for us to provide you with the opportunity to return the products you purchased, if you find out you must do that.
This returns policy is to be applied to those items that, though fulfilling your requirements, were purchased in larger quantities than really needed, or do not fulfil your real needs entirely.
If, under the above described circumstances, you wish to return an item, please, bring it to the store, and you will receive a refund or you could purchase other products you may need. Please, note that the following conditions must be accomplished for the return to be accepted:
  • The item may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that you produce the original register receipt at the time you return the item;
  • The item you wish to return must be in its original condition (fully functional, unused, undamaged, including all accessories);
  • The item must be in its undamaged, original packaging ;
  • The  return could take place only in the store the item was purchased from;
  • You must be able to provide an identity document to the personnel in the Customer Information Bureau in the store;
  • Any item may be returned, except for the following categories, for which returns will not be accepted:
    • Plants;
    • Items that were purchased by customer order (including mixed paints, sewed curtains etc.);
    • Items that were damaged during their installation/setting;
    • Items that are no longer within their validity term;
    • Used items.
Our returns policy does not refer to the purchased nonconforming products (products that do not comply with the description given by the seller, or do not posses the qualities of the samples presented by the seller). This returns policy does not affect in any way the consumer rights, as established by law.
